United Erie operates multiple reactors/ kettles that range from 55 gallon to 5000 gallon volumes. They are constructed of stainless and/or carbon steel. A variety of reactions and batch mixtures include: exothermic, reflux, multiple stage distillation, full vacuum, pressurization, with a high end temperature range. Reactors and kettles are mounted on electronic scales for precise metering of chemical products.
